Don't judge a book by its cover. From the street it looks like any old motel. Their rooms are very well kept the bathrooms are perfectly clean with modern fixtures. The water is very hot when you need it quickly. You can park 5 feet from your front door. The location is very good only a few minute drive to the town square downtown Paso Robles.

This is a decent place to stay the night. Although rooms/walls aren’t really soundproof rooms are presentable since it has your basic amenities and necessities (bed, sheets, towels, clean bathroom, mictowave, tv, fridge, sofa type chair, window privacy. Ample parking + one EV charging spot. Location is actually ideal. The taco truck with a mini market, dollar tree across the street are easily walkable, therefore convenient. I’ve stayed here twice and haven’t had issues with the front desk service. Will come back for a third time eventually. So much exploring to do in Paso Robles area. Recommended!

Great place!! Super nice staff. Made sure we had everything we needed. One of the cleanest rooms I've ever been in. Would definitely return. Drove in from Arizona!!!!

Exterior looks like a typical older style motel. The surprise was that the room was completely modern and stylish. Quick and friendly check-in. Only cons are no breakfast of any sort (place was never designed for that) and very slow Wi-Fi connection. Considering the cost savings compared to other places in the area, it’s worth those inconveniences, at least to us. We will return in the future.

This hotel's blackout curtains, bed, and quiet area offered us a long relaxing nights sleep. All the amenities were great. Friendly staff.

What a find!! It's a nice hotel room disguised in a motel setting. Rooms are great, just big enough and very well appointed. From illuminated mirror in the spotless bathroom, to the remote controlled dual heat / AC unit and big screen tv, you will appreciate the quality. Bed is extra soft, 4 huge pillows (one in a drawer with an extra heavy blanket) coffee maker, blow dryer, USB charging at bedside outlet, microwave and mini fridge round out the amenities. As others have said, super clean, too! So, Don't judge a book by its cover, the old 1950s yellowed motel sign on the street is a disguise ... Great rates, great location!

Place is nice. But the rooms are small. Location is nice. Not to far from downtown. Lots of little eatery places downtown. Quite little town. There's a kohls and Walmart and cvs. Alittle way up.

This is a gem of a place! I stayed here for a night as I was passing through from Big Sur. The room is perfect with a desk, little frig, microwave, big flat screen tv and the bed was soooo comfortable! Super clean, and very welcoming. If staying I recommend going to Eberle Winery which is only a few miles away, and Taste of Paso for breakfast. I would stay at the Cielo House again!
